Williams’ Estate is a purpose-built complex that includes eight semi-detached, self-catering bungalows and its own swimming pool.
Williams’ Estate provides accommodation to those travelling to St Helena for business or pleasure.
Bungalows are two and three-bedroom, open-plan, fully furnished, each include fitted kitchen, TV and outside deck area.
Included When You Arrive
Airport transfers and a welcome/starter pack on the kitchen table are included. There’s a wi-fi hotspot on the Estate (surcharge) for ease of staying connected.
The infinity pool is ideal for cooling off after a day exploring, or guests may choose to relax poolside under the shade of the palm tree and tropical bougainvillea pergola.

Williams’ Estate offers 180-degree views of St Helena’s pristine Atlantic Ocean from Upper Cow Path in Half Tree Hollow.
Guests have a front-row seat to Atlantic sunsets.
A convenience store is less than a minute’s walk from the Estate, and just four mins to Solomons supermarket and fuel station. Other shops also nearby.
Half Tree Hollow offers respite from the heat of Jamestown (10 mins drive) and is a great base from which to explore.
The attractions of High Knoll Fort, St Paul’s Cathedral and Plantation House, are all 5 mins away in the car.

Steve and Debbie are the owners and full-time landlords who literally built Williams’ Estate in 2008 (Steve is a builder). They work from the on-site office, 8am – 4pm, ensuring guests enjoy a comfortable and stress-free stay.
Williams Estate has started going green and have installed solar panels to generate some of their electricity supply.
